All orders are sent direct from the United Kingdom and are insured against loss in transit.
We are able to deliver to countries within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. We are also able to offer a "small packet" service to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO Numbers.
We aim to despatch items within 5 working days and delivery times are estimated at between 4 and 10 working days to Europe. Deliveries outside of Europe may take longer. Delivery times are based on our couriers and are approximate. Further information can be found on our Conditions of Use page.

We are able to offer customers who are resident in the UK and have a UK Bank account, the additional facility of being able to pay for their order by Bank Transfer using online/internet banking.
If you wish to make use this facility, please contact us for further details. We regret that we are unable to offer this facility, at the present time, to customers outside of the UK.
